It was a few months ago, I bought CH2653 on Amazon for almost USD 90.
And I wonder: this is really cool stuff !
"Cheap but good quality."
Urethane band sewed each side for duration. Tachymeter printing also good.
Little bit heavy weight. It's OK.
Also Chronograph works well.
So I have impressed at my CH2653, and began to find metal band one.

CH2600.
It was a base model of all CH26xx. A simple outfit. easy to read what time is it now.
Wide metal band, a little bit heavy weight. same design with CH2653.
It looks so good to me. so I purchased it on Amazon.

Fossil always using same metal box.
Actually I don't like this metal box for carrying any metal band watch. whatever, I can use this box for anything else. and it is good function for recycling package.

Shiny stainless steel back is the symbol of Fossil as I know. (my all Fossil watches back are all shiny stainless steel.)
It is easy to clean but need care to any scratch when you released them to anywhere.

fit on my wrist, it's looks perfect on me.
I like feeling heavy on my wrist with something like big watch.
Panel and hands are working well and second hand indicates right number.
By pressing start/stop and lap/reset button is smooth.
Stem for adjusting watch is little bit stiff. ( If you are a man, it will be not a problem )

Finally, Value for money is really nice.
If you have wear watch in everyday...
If you want read time as quickly as possible without any digital device...
If you want good watch for price under USD 100...
It will be a good choice.

A new DICOM tag reader/writer preparing to open.

I have announced to open a source code for DICOM tag files that possible to read and write it.
And my work is going to done for open it as Free license.
My code is not a perfect, but will upgrade as possible as continuously.
In this time, most of South Korea dental DICOM tags are possible to read and analysed.

First revision will mark to 2.
And it will soon be uploaded on my blog.
Everyone could be download and modify.
But I will never support any questions and bug report. (so I will open this source code.)

Maybe I can commit my source codes on Google code or Source Forge. But I haven't plan, yet.

* code works on Visual Studio
* code written in Code Blocks 10.05 and C++ (with std::)
* code works on MinGW (gcc).

Plan for buying new Pentax DA lens: Pentax DA 35mm f2.4

Since Pentax released new body : Pentax K-r, also pop out a new lens.
It was based on Pentax FA 35mm f2.0, and designed again for digital cameras.
Aperture 2.0 decreased to 2.4, but weight really gone to right. Badly mount assy. is not metallic material anymore. it's released for K-r (and also other P-K mount) as a fixed focal bundle lens.
Seems like a limited models. ( Pentax's high valued limited fixed focal lens )

Like K-5 or K-7 with K-r, they are looks similar.
Actually design started from same base.( as I know. )
So I'm planning for buying Pentax DA 35mm f2.4 for myself at last of this year.
It seems be ... I will still alone until buying this lens.
So I'll buy this, and I could be take more shots in Winter.

Today's Google is God "Mercury".

I can call him as God "Freddie Mercury".
Even he was a man who has 4 octaves and unbelievable vocalism.

It was about 20 years ago. One of my friend give a tape to me for trying to listen. I can see a title that written in hand - "Queen".
I asked to him. "Is that a kind of Pop music ?", he nodded. So I was think "Queen" is a pop music band. it was so idiot until I tuned up in my cassette tape player.

I can't remember what it was player. at that time, most of cassette tape player are SONY or PANASONIC and SAMSUNG or LG... whatever, important thing is supporting DOLBY NR(Noise Reduction). and my tape payer not built in Dolby NR. so when I listening music, I can hear noise, too.

With my tape player, Queen was a impact on me.
Freddie's vocal was so clean and loud. So incredible, how a human make this sound?
is it a real ? there's many questions. how it is possible ? it belongs to all thing about Freddie's voice. And I understanding about him to read some magazines kinda rock/metal.

And my memory left to him as "God" of rock.
With Judas Priest, they are the best rock musician to me.
Thanks Google.
I will remember him, again.

A new selfmade DICOM tag read and write engine.

A new DICOM tag read and write engine complete to testing.
this engine possible to load almost of DICOM files (without DICOM Dictionary.)
I have used to making all C++ codes in Code Blocks 10.05 and its code can compiles any compiler if can use std library. As I know, std library is a standard for C++, and we can use it using namespace : std. (actually compiler does attaching std:: class symbol at compile session)

I have named this engine to RageDCM.
It also contains almost of dental imaging DICOM tag dictionary information that using in field.
I don't know what I can do open this source codes for everyone.
(If I open this source code, it will be on my blog)

I can proudly introduce my rageDCM is "really compact and fast".
Hope I can open my rageDCM for everyone...

Keep this rules in office:

PC must be place in PC-Rack.
On desk, must be only placed Monitors, keyboard and mouse. (accept personal picture frame)
After work, before going back to home, desk must be cleared.
Common tools can not keep personally.
Do not place anything on partition wall.

What a really sucking this ?

In while ChuSeok (The traditional harvest festival days in South Korea), Office has renewal construction. Desks and space are totally changed for new design. Sure chair also changed to new and more expensive thing. ( but I don't like new chair... it really sucks ! Absolutely really not comport ! )

Walls are changed shorter than before.

People thinking it meaning "do work harder than before and meant you're under watching.".

They are speaks "Do everything as open minded.", but acts as close minded like militarily.

Am I in army? Sometimes I'm confusing myself.

"Wanna become like apple? Do as apple. Be a copy cat of Apple."

I really wanna like this word to them.

It's just "window dressing administration".

Hoya (temporary name), sister's son born at 12th day of September 2010. and he got jaundice for 5 days. Now he is really healthy and gentle. How gentle? I can explain about that for short word. He not cry much so. Only cries when he have finished to pooing and became hungry. How gentle he is. I really love him.

Became me to a uncle, is feeling not a reality, but I will be understand what is truth.

It's been an exciting nine months since we launched the Google Chrome browser. Already, over 30 million people use it regularly. We designed Google Chrome for people who live on the web — searching for information, checking email, catching up on the news, shopping or just staying in touch with friends. However, the operating systems that browsers run on were designed in an era where there was no web. So today, we're announcing a new project that's a natural extension of Google Chrome — the Google Chrome Operating System. It's our attempt to re-think what operating systems should be.

Google Chrome OS is an open source, lightweight operating system that will initially be targeted at netbooks. Speed, simplicity and security are the key aspects of Google Chrome OS. We're designing the OS to be fast and lightweight, to start up and get you onto the web in a few seconds. And as we did for the Google Chrome browser, we are going back to the basics and completely redesigning the underlying security architecture of the OS so that users don't have to deal with viruses, malware and security updates. Google Chrome OS will run on both x86 as well as ARM chips and we are working with multiple OEMs to bring a number of netbooks to market next year. The software architecture is simple — Google Chrome running within a new windowing system on top of a Linux kernel. For application developers, the web is the platform. All web-based applications will automatically work and new applications can be written using your favorite web technologies. And of course, these apps will run not only on Google Chrome OS, but on any standards-based browser on Windows, Mac and Linux thereby giving developers the largest user base of any platform.

We hear a lot from our users and their message is clear — computers need to get better. People want to get to their email instantly, without wasting time waiting for their computers to boot and browsers to start up. They want their computers to always run as fast as when they first bought them. They want their data to be accessible to them wherever they are and not have to worry about losing their computer or forgetting to back up files. Even more importantly, they don't want to spend hours configuring their computers to work with every new piece of hardware, or have to worry about constant software updates. Extending camera running battery time.

Todays, digital cameras are going to samller and functional. But their running time going to shorter if battery capacity is same before. Mostly using batteries are the result of modern chemical engineering. Lithium-Ion and Lithium-Polymer, 2nd generation chemical battery, are actually very unstable elements. Even those,Most chemical batteries are base on Lithium complex elements since advanced from Nickel complex element.
Some days ago, I bought a new small digital camera for my lightly camera life. It uses a little Lithium-Ion battery, 3.7V and 740mAh, is have short battery runtime about less 100 shots on fully charged.
In this case, I can choose two ways. Buy a standard battery or replace compatible batteries. replace compatible battery is really cheaper than standard battery and life time may shorter than. After due consideration with coasts for buying a standard battery or replace compatible batteries, I choose latter case. Half of standard battery price, I bought 4 replace compatible batteries. Actually people's review was not so bad. It written as 1100mAh but really almost same using time by standard one. It was OK. I can believe several batteries than only one or two. (Finally, it really cheap...)

If anyone who need more batteries for their cameras, may asking to me, I will recommends replace compatible batteries. specially if battery size smaller. Sometimes, people not believe replace batteries even they bought too cheap models by own, I will strongly wanna say to them. That was your chosen. Anything whatever, too cheap products are all that not be believed. remember.

At last .... Two books were held on my right hand when I stood front of counter.
One is Japanese vocalbulary studying and another is my favor novel. (Truthly, I really wanna read Stephen King's book, Can't found them.)
It was my decision for a new challenge. Even I am a kinda software engineer, don't have any subject books for C or C++ or more languages. At younger than current, some magazines and only Pascal language book was placed in bookshelf.
People asking me why you learning japanese? or You already knows about japanese, but why? Absolutly I wish say to them. The Language, whatever it is for a communicating or for computers, Always we need studying for. Think, can you determinates is studying be completed? I think not be possible. Knowing a culture and language is not be done, not be completed.
So I bought a book for Japanese vocabulary. I really weak in japanese vocabulary. and Kanji. Specially Kanji and Hanja is almost same and it based on chinese languages. it really difficult to me for remember, identifying and use. Even same meaning Kanji and Hanja, sometimes they have different shape 'cause simplified.
ex:　国 and 國 are same meaning, actually a little bit speaking difference with them, goku and koku. Korean Hanja,國 means a nation. sure Japanese Kanji, 国 is same meaning but simplified. 國 also existed in japan, but it has different speak type Koku. (国 is Goku).
Whatever, I need more studying harder for my knowledge.
Sure I am , determination.
Will be done for a that book to read and understanding.
For reading japanese novels, for perfectly understanding them.
Say to me, you can do it!

New cheap digital camera, Fujifilm Finepix J10

Today, I bought new digital camera for instead of carrying DSLR.
I always carrying a DSLR, Pentax *istDS, that is not too much heavy but not light to carrying many stuffs like iPod touch 2nd gen., Pocket books, Idea notes, Pencil case, Glass case and more.
So I bought this for my lighter carrying life :)
Payed 178,000won at HomePlus market electric part. Most of small digital cameras are above at last 200,000 won even it is not good stuff.
Fujifilm Finepix J10 was released about 1 years ago. and it is targeted to below middle price.
Sure I know it hasn't functional featured outter dials. But I think small digital cameras dosen't need manual fuction dials. why it need to adjust manual functions ? it is just a small digital camera. not anymore.

Kindly, J10 contains too many stuffs.
Just without optional battery, they provided carrying case and 2GB SD memory.

See layout, it is just simple. it is what I needed. small digital camera just need a small body and light weight. that's all. Sometimes, people need something hardly to adjust manual functions on small digital cameras. I just say "Poor, why you want to do that on that small digital camera?" to them. After used DSLR and film SLR, I've decided small digital camera is just for taking picture and don't matter image quality. Think, very small sensor and small lenses, how I hope for quality as DSLR? never, forget it.

Anyway, I just accepted one function. to adjust picture ratio to 3:2 like DSLR.
Sensor size was fixed as 4:3, but manually change ratio to 3:2 like DSLR. I like it.
I don't like 4:3 like Olympus DSLR. it really sucking me!
And Control panel at right of LCD. some digital cameras hasn't control panel! they just have touch sensor on LCD. I think that is just a fool! Unstable!

Weight is very light.
Small camera need light weight! That is what I needed for carrying always!

I don't like only two. One is small battery capacity. 3.7V 810mAh is too small. maybe it only can taking picture about 1~2 hours. May strongly need optional battery for long time taking for more pictures. (So I bought 4 optional batteries as comaptibled replaceables.) and Two, there's no USB cover. If user have sweaty hand, it makes short if sweat flew into USB connector, and camera may damaged. Fortunly my hand not sweat too much but body always sweats. Need care about USB port.

This camera supports SDHC. I have tested 16GB SDHC class6(Trandscend's) on it.
Works well at 16GB SDHC. can taking pictures well and reads well.
Maybe it not be fully takes movie with one battery with 16GB SDHC.
If I going to travel to somewhere, may I need about 4 to 6 spare batteries for taking pictures and movies. But I will carrying it with DSLR, not much batteries not be needed.

Featres are like this:
- Very light weight.
- Very easy to taking picture.
- Very fast start up. (only below 1sec. It's OK to me)
- No optional dialog control knob. (I don't like this!)
- No USB cover.
- Small battery capacity.

Finally my result:
- Good to use , Good to carrying, Good to taking picture for a snap.
- But no USB cover may making some trouble.
- And I need more spare batteries to more pictures.

How I feeling at this moment, changing team at office and goes to other divison.
May not be a good and umcomportable to everyone.
Working in Korean IT incorporation not easy specially todays.
Governent chairmen are don't cares normies, even higher officers including chairmen, no sense to taking care worker's rights.

Todays, I have too complex problem at me.
Melancholy, Depression, Gloom, all words are almost same meanning.
And I have that problems.
Everything, everytime, everywhere feels unlikely bad feels, thinking about what am I and why I living now and more ...
I guess what is problem and getting answer by myself.
Maybe answer not be far, But truely my solving problem can't be realized.
Every truth is in back side of shadow, can't reachabled, untruthabled.
Knowing, no - know to how solve this problem, seems not be possible if I am not a god.

Why people minds are so complex?

Be leave as one man developer in Korea.
It maybe a ugly thought.
Most of country's new and charm technologies are based on their lowest unsurfaced hiddens even it for millitaries and killing people.
In Korea, new president and his goverment parties are not cares increasing national IT powers.
They only cares their money and real(fixed) properties. Everytime, theirs decision for someone (always saying just "for the perople", but who is or are , that people?) , always out of normal.
Like paratroopers, each goverment hight chairs was taken by near president peoples whatever it important or not.
Sovers and land, these important things are filled in brain of Korean president in 2009.
Humanrights was disappeared in the last year.
Developers, also has no places to working with relationship. that was the past of glory.
Korea goverments decreases policies for IT, instead increasing polcies for riches and landed estate dealing laws. They are not for people, just for peoples who themselves and riches.
They don't need to care people 'cause their properties.
Developers are mostly below the middle classes.
It is same all the countries but, in Korea, it means special difference.
Normaly meanning developer is "a person or [thing] that develops.".
Right, a person or a thing.
In Korea, developers are not person. like a things, trades each other as things and selling like slaves.

Press Statement of the Joint Fact-Finding Mission of Asian Forum for Human Rights and Development (FORUM-ASIA) and the Asian Human Rights Commission (AHCR)

I. Background of the Mission

The Asian Forum for Human Rights and Development (FORUM-ASIA) and the Asian Human Rights Commission (AHRC) decided to conduct a fact-finding mission, consisting of four members, to South Korea from 21-24 July 2008 in the light of numerous reports of human rights violations since May. The two regional human rights organisations consider the events recently occurring in South Korea of regional importance because South Korea is viewed as a benchmark for democracy and human rights in Asia. We believe that the decline of democracy and increase of human rights violations in South Korea would have an impact on the rest of the region.

The main focus of our mission has been to examine the situation of human rights defenders and the state of freedom of opinion and expression in the light of the rallies against the agreement between the United States and South Korea to lift US beef import restrictions. It is especially significant for us to look into the situation of human rights defenders since this year is the celebration of the 10th Anniversary of the UN Declaration on Human Rights Defenders. The adoption of this declaration is important as it is viewed as a step towards the promotion and protection of the rights of human rights defenders because it outlines the responsibilities of states and non-state actors in protecting these persons’ rights.

During our mission this week, we met with eight non-governmental organisations (NGOs), 12 human rights defenders (e.g. lawyers, NGO workers, journalists, and medical workers), the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade (MOFAT), and the National Human Rights Commission of Korea (NHRCK). We also attended the trial of a human rights defender, Ms. Yoon Hee-Sook. We requested appointments with the Ministry of Justice and the National Police Agency. Because of the Ministry of Justice’s busy schedule, we were not able to meet them this week. There was no response to our request from the National Police Agency. We also sent a request to the Seoul Detention Center to meet with four detainees, Mr. Ahn Jin-Geol, Mr. Hwang Soon-Won, Ms. Yoon Hee-Sook, and Mr. Moon Yong-Sik. The Seoul Detention Center refused our request.

II. Initial Findings

It is important for us to note that this press conference may be the conclusion of our visit, but not the conclusion of our mission. Even after our departure, we will continue communicating with government and human rights defenders in South Korea. In fact, we have transmitted a list of questions and concerns to the Ministry of Justice and we await their response.

Our initial findings show that there have been incidents of attacks against human rights defenders during the series of rallies over the past two months. Also, we have found that there is a trend towards unduly limiting freedom of opinion and expression in the media and the internet.

The information we have gathered indicate that most of the attacks against human rights defenders were committed by riot police. We note that the riot police deployed to these rallies consist of young men, between the ages of 19 and 23, who have been conscript-xed. For instance, we have gathered information that about a journalist who was attacked by riot police on 29 June, at 7 o’clock in the evening, in front of the Samsung Tower. This journalist was taking pictures with his camcorder of the protest when a group of riot police rushed towards him, surrounded him, and started beating him up. His camcorder was damaged because of the attack. Another case we have documented is about a volunteer medical worker who was attacked in front of the Press Center on 28 June, at 10 o’clock in the evening. She was wearing a helmet and a vest which clearly identified her as part of the volunteer medical team. Despite her being clearly identified as a volunteer medical worker, riot police rushed towards her and hit her with a shield. She fell down and got back up, but despite her injuries she continued to assist the injured people, which included several riot policemen. We have also gathered information about a lawyer who was wearing a vest which was clearly marked “A Group of Lawyers Monitoring Human Rights Violations.” He was beaten unconscious by riot police on 26 June, at around 1:30 in the morning.

Some of the information we have gathered on the trend towards increasing restrictions on freedom of opinion and expression include proposed expansion of criminal defamation into cyberspace. We view this as going against the global trend of decriminalizing defamation. Criminal defamation statutes have been viewed as undue infringement of freedom of opinion and expression since it has often been used by governments to suppress political dissent and democratic discourse. We also emphasize that under international law, governments and public officials should expect less protection under defamation statutes because of their status as servants of the people.

We have also gathered information of apparent attempts to censor media, such as the case of MBC’s PD Notebook program.

III. Recommendations

Based on our initial findings, we therefore recommend the following:

(a) To the government:

· Set an example in the region in the compliance of international human rights standards, considering the fact that it is a member of the UN Human Rights Council;

· Take steps to implement the UN Declaration on Human Rights Defenders;

· Conduct investigations into allegations on attacks against human rights defenders and bring perpetrators to justice;

· Abolish the current system of conscript-xion of young men into the riot police;

(b) To the Ministry of Justice:

· Amend laws unduly restricting freedom of opinion, expression and assembly, in particular those provisions under the Act on Assembly and Demonstration which prohibit public assemblies after dark;

· Comply with international human rights standards and decriminalize defamation in order to promote democratic discourse;

(c) To the National Police Agency:

· Provide comprehensive and mandatory training to police officers that are deployed to rallies and assemblies, so that these police officers would understand that as guarantors of people’s dignity and rights, they also need to respect the right to free flow of information and ensure the right to freedom of assembly;

· Make human rights training mandatory to all police officers in accordance with international standards;

(d) To the National Human Rights Commission of Korea:

· Strive to keep the independence that has made it highly regarded in the region, as its independence is essential to its effectiveness to protect human rights defenders on the ground.

IV. Future Steps

As we have mentioned earlier, we will continue to communicate with government and human rights defenders in Korea. Moreover, FORUM-ASIA and AHRC aim to use our findings to launch a campaign at the UN Human Rights Council regarding the human rights situation in South Korea. We hope to encourage the relevant special procedures (e.g. Special Rapporteurs on Human Rights Defenders, Freedom of Opinion and Expression, and the Right to Health) to accept the standing invitation of the government and conduct country visits to investigate the human rights situation in South Korea.

In yesterday, I have made this program for some WindowsVISTA users.
Some WindowsVISTA could'nt uninstalls NateOn messanser.
So I modified previous source code for uninstalling NateOn even it dosen't installed as well.

Updates are
- Detects Windows version. Only CS_SHADOW works on windowsXP.
- Some wrong detecting registry key value fixed.
- Even there is no installed information on Windows registry, it scans hard disk for uninstalling files.

Open source code means :
- I never update this program.
- Source code is free, so everyone can be make new one from my source code.

It is succession of *istD and MZ-S.
It have 2" of back-preview-LCD. and its quality is best of others , I think.

Slower AF speed than other DSLR bodies.
But perfect compatibles with Pentax-K mount even m42 screw mount with adaptor (m42 to P-K mount adpator).

600mega pixels is enough to me.

But I can use my pentax(or compatibled) lenses with *istDS and it.

Actually, I have only one bright single focal lense , Pentax SMC FA50mm f1.4 among my lenses.
It's very good to taking any shot my SLR and DSLR.

Some people calls it as "hidden limit lense".
Because of it, Pentax makes limited lense, for high quality and named "limited".

Pentax P3 is a black-simple-automated film SLR body.
It have very sturdy and rugged body, so never needed customer service :)

This is a freeware as useful.
It provides AAC/MP4 audio encoding as graphic user interface shell.
You need to ready just 3 files as below list:
1) NAACES.EXE (Sheller)
2) NeroAacEnc.exe (AAC encoder by Ahead softwares)
3) bass.dll (mp3/ogg decoder by un4seen.com)

You can lunch program by double click on Explorer that select NAACES.EXE.
And explore your favorate musics (wav , mp3 , ogg).
Drag and drop music files to NACCES.
When it made file list , and you've been ready to make AAC audio file , Just press encode button !
If it be checked , MP4 check box , encoded file extention named as MP4 instead AAC.

Enjoy AAC audio.
